These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MScribe, a product of Metricoid Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By registering, creating an account, or using MScribe’s platform, applications, APIs, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• MScribe is intended for business and professional use only.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & Access

• Users must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Unauthorized sharing of accounts is prohibited.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use MScribe for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Record or transcribe meetings without consent from participants, where legally required.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform outside permitted use.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring their use of recording, transcription, and analytics features complies with applicable laws (e.g., consent requirements for recording).

4. Responsible Use & Security

• Organizations are responsible for managing meeting recordings, transcripts, and insights.
• Organizations must ensure they comply with applicable data protection, labor, and healthcare regulations when using MScribe.
• Misuse of transcription or AI insights is strictly prohibited, and MScribe will not be held liable for such misuse.

To protect data, users are strongly advised to:

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Use strong, unique passwords.
• Restrict access to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Ownership

• Organizations/Users own the content of their recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
• MScribe only processes this data to deliver Services and does not claim ownership.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed as per the chosen subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.

7. Service Availability

• We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected.
• Required by legal or regulatory authorities.

Organizations may delete user accounts or meeting data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MScribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Privacy

Use of MScribe is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how data is collected and protected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
